Teri on Stage

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Teri is an avid multi-sport athlete. Two weeks after completing Ironman Louisville in 2009 she was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. Two years after that, Teri achieved one of her most important goals: crossing the finish line of the Ironman World Championship 2011. Teri’s story is truly incredible.

Teri considers her experience a gift, one she gladly shares through speaking engagements. Her inspirational message, “Powered by Hope” is impactful on a variety of levels and to all types of audiences.
Attendees experience:
The snap of finger your life can turn upside down
When life changes will you embrace it or run?
Asking for help versus the willingness to accept it
Saying “Yes” to your “No”
