This Sunday I’ll be participating in the Ironman 70.3 in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec in Canada. This place is incredibly beautiful, there are people from all over the world giving this event a true international feel. The energy is electric and contagious, and I’m really looking forward to the race on Sunday.
I’m including some photos from the pre-race activities, below, and here are more details about the race. We’ll start the 1.2 mile swim in Tremblant Lake. The one-loop, 56- mile bike course runs through Mont-Tremblant’s forests and low lying mountains, the 13.1 mile run course ends in the heart of the pedestrian village of Tremblant Resort. The race officially ends at midnight with a celebration and fireworks.
