Teri’s Challenge – Get Your Rear in Gear! Part 2

“Just do it!” – Nike

Last month, I invited you to join Teri’s Challenge by committing to run or walk a 5K or longer race in your area in October. Now that you’ve had a little time to think about it, what do you say?

If you are new to this sort of thing, you’ll probably want a little (or a lot) of support. Well, you’re in luck, because the Teri’s Challenge team has several amazing partners to help you along the way.

michelle-robin-your-wellness-connectionMeet Michelle Robin, D.C., the founder of Your Wellness Connection,
one of the nation’s most successful healing centers focusing on integrative healing disciplines such as chiropractic, Chinese medicine, massage therapy, energy medicine, counseling, nutritional and wellness coaching, and movement arts. She has been involved in wellness for nearly three decades.

Her philosophy: “…I strive to help my clients and all those I touch through talks, writing, etc., to accept where they are on their journey and move forward, one decision at a time, understanding the holistic nature of wellness, intertwining their mind, body and spirit to reach their goals.”

Meet Sara Poor, Superstar (and regular person) from Kirksville, MO.

Sara is a living, breathing example of what’s possible in life when you commit to making a change. She was inspired to attend one of Dr. Robin’s wellness trainings, despite being overweight and unsure of what it takes to live a healthy life. Her motivation continued beyond that initial training and now she is helping to spearhead Teri’s Challenge.

tom-hill-instituteMeet the Tom Hill Institute (THI), a high-level leadership/coaching/networking organization that has put all of us together to promote Teri’s Challenge and promote wellness as part of healthy, balanced life. Thank you Tom Hill Institute!

Our goal is to have 1,000 people commit to Teri’s Challenge. Will you be one of them?
